How to use the massage stones?

Gua Sha stones should always be used with any cream, serum or oil as a base and for a better "glide" over the skin to avoid causing injury. First, apply the base to the stone and then begin the massage with short and longer strokes. This will improve the microcirculation of the massaged tissue. You can gradually increase the intensity of the pressure, but the massage should always be pleasant. Gua Sha stones can be used on the face, back, neck, arms and legs.
